A pharmaceutical client struggled with cross-functional misalignment and limited visibility into day-to-day operations, to late batch releases, and inefficient coordination. Teams lacked clear goals, measurable KPIs, and a structured link between daily activities and overall strategy.
What we did
We co-designed a tailored visual performance management system, translating strategy into measurable KPIs and team-specific visual boards.
The setup made performance and priorities transparent, enabling teams to track progress, align on goals, and address issues proactively. Governance structures were aligned, and teams were coached to embed boards into daily operations.
In just three months, the visual boards became core to daily workflows—delivering clarity, accountability, and motivation. Teams could track targets and progress at a glance, enabling faster decision-making, improved on-time delivery, and a more performance-driven culture.
