Mia is a consultant at Emendo Improvement. She will soon be celebrating her first anniversary at Emendo where she started as a junior consultant.
She comes from a background in pharmacy, where she finished her master's in January 2021. Before joining Emendo she worked with ensuring quality in aseptic production environments.
Mia especially enjoys working on scientific projects with people involved, ensuring that the project moves in the right direction with everybody on board.
"At Emendo Improvement I get to try many different types of projects, which allows me to use my scientific background combining it with the Emendo toolbox. Being a fresh graduate, this presents a great opportunity to gain fast knowledge about ‘the real world’," she says.
Her advice to future consultants: "Try it. Be ready to learn, develop and have fun."
